After completing all the proper documents and providing the proper documents, a US visa applicant will next have to go through an interview at a US embassy of his or her choosing. This wait however may take a long time, depending on the applicant and the type of visa that he or she is applying for. It is difficult to give an exact reason why one visa applicant receives an interview date faster than another. A few factors that may affect and even delay the issuance of an interview is missing documents that are required for the applicant to receive a visa. Another may be that the form are incomplete or filled out incorrectly. Lastly, the Unit States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) may just be really backlogged.
Before you begin the Immigration process, it is a good idea to seek the guidance of an experienced and knowledgeable immigration attorney.
