Of all the visa types that the US government provides, the O-1 visa is one of the few that does not have a visa quota (meaning no limit). The O-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa for those who demonstrate extraordinary ability in the motion picture, arts, science, business, education, televisions industry or athletics. Keep in mind, you do not have to be famous to qualify for this category (although it doesn't hurt). You should be well recognized in your field though. This visa allows travel to and from the US. To qualify for this visa, you also must have a sponsor from a US company that will also grant you employment once you arrive in the US.
