Types of California DUI Laws & Penalties

There are two general kinds of DUI laws for adult drivers in the state of California. These include Vehicle Code 23152 (A) VC, which entails of driving under the influence of alcohol being illegal, and also Vehicle Code 23152 (B) VX, which entails of driving with a BAC greater than .08% being illegal.
